Following are the steps to delete circle members:

• Click on the 'settings' tab menu bottom of the screen
• Tap on 'Circle Management'
• Select 'Delete Circle Members' option under Circle Management
• Swipe right to left on the member which you want to delete
• Press 'Yes' button on the confirmation dialog.
